KAS Sweetheart to the Forces


To veterans from all conflicts here and in Europe even the USA. A beautiful live vocalist with a wide range of vocal ability specializing in bringing back the wonderful melodies of the WW2 era, swing and tribute songs. A small lady with an amazing voice, catch her live performance on

The Band of Brothers sang in her own heartfelt and moving way.

Songs made famous by Dame Vera Lynn, Gracie Fields, Anne Shelton, Ella Fitzgerald and today's Katherine Jenkins to name a few.

KAS has already sang on TV and Radio and many major events throughout the UK and Europe. Having been made an Ambassador by the Prince Trust along the way. This year being chosen to meet Prince Charles and celebrities who are Ambassadors to the Trust themselves, such as Damian Lewis, Kevin Spacey, Gwyneth Paltrow, to name a few.

The US have taken her to their hearts granting her several awards along her journey so far, C-47 club, Militaria Bastogne and the American Airborne veterans and servicemen of today. Performing in Carentan and Normandy last year for the 65th Anniversary of the D-Day Landings as well as Ramsgate this year commemorating and celebrating the achievements of Operation Dynamo with the Little ships and the Armed Services for its 70 Anniversary.

Her most memorable trip was that in 2008 travelling to Normandy with 170 British Veterans and 89 Hackney carriages, all made possible by the London Taxi Benevolent Association for the War Disabled. It was a honor and privilege to be with them sharing their amazing memories and at times sadness.

Kas performs regularly at Chatham Historic Dockyard and The War and Peace Show meeting and greeting many veterans old and young and this year was made an Honorary member of the Folkestone Normandy Veterans Branch, the Gurkha Association in Folkestone presented Kas with a silk scarf for raising money for there memorial fund.

KAS’S aim is to continue raising funds for all veterans everywhere through her business of being a SWEETHEART TO THE FORCES and along the journey meeting as many amazing and wonderful men and women, keeping their stories and memories alive, passing them onto our youth and children off today.
